We and I

Whenever I explain to the family members and patients, I try not to use the noun, " I ". Try to put emphasis on " We" to highlighten the importance of team involved in these treatment.

 Medical officers tend to use the word " I ", however,  we recommend to use " we" in stead of  " I ".
First of all, MO is not in charge of decision making process. We have to recognize the presence of responsibility. Second of all, we have to realize all the time that we are under one team.

Sum it up, I try to use "we" whenever I speak to the family, patients and other team members.

 I believe this attitude will change the behavior of how they approach to the team projects.
