how to manage on-call?

Today on-call again.

Just a quiet night which I never experienced before. There are somehow so many cases in terms of head injuries.

I realize that generally speaking, Singapore is a safe country but also have some accidents which result in head injuries unfortunately...which may ring my mobile even in the midnight.
